Sourcing Service Fee

Our standard sourcing service fee is 5% of the product order value. International shipping is quoted separately according to the actual shipment.
Complex OEM/ODM development, unusually high SKU counts, regulated products, or special handling requirements receive a written custom quotation.
What the 5% Sourcing Fee Covers
- Product and supplier sourcing support
- Supplier communication and order coordination
- Price negotiation and purchasing support
On-site Factory Inspection is USD 200 and is not included in the 5% sourcing fee. Warehouse QC and other inspection requirements are quoted according to scope and are not included in the 5% sourcing fee. International shipping is quoted separately according to the actual shipment.
On-site Factory Inspection

An inspector visits the supplier or factory location to conduct an on-site product inspection. Factory audits, supplier verification, and warehouse QC are separate services and are quoted according to scope.
Warehousing & Consolidation

Free storage may be available for 15–30 days depending on the order, cargo quantity, and warehouse operating conditions. Storage after the free period and consolidation charges are confirmed before quotation according to the actual requirements.
Labeling, Kitting & Order Preparation

Labeling, kitting, and other order-preparation services are quoted according to the work required.
