What each plan includes
Open a plan to review who it is for, what we handle, and how the fee works.
Plan A · On-Demand Services
Best for: New buyers testing a supplier, or established businesses that need a one-time local service in China without an ongoing agreement.
Payment assistance: Coordinate local RMB payments to nominated Chinese vendors and confirm payment documents.
Quality inspection: Arrange a factory visit and issue a documented report before final payment or shipment.
Factory audit and due diligence: Review registration, operating status, production capability, facilities, and relevant compliance information.
Laboratory testing coordination: Send samples to an appropriate accredited laboratory and coordinate testing requirements such as CE, EN71, or REACH when applicable.
Reference fee: typically $180–$220 for an audit or inspection visit. Other tasks are quoted according to scope.
Plan B · Product Sourcing & Purchasing
End-to-end sourcing and purchasing support, structured around whether you need us to find suppliers or manage suppliers you already know.
If You Don’t Have Suppliers Yet
Best for: Brands and entrepreneurs developing a new product, private label, or mixed-SKU range.
Supplier sourcing: Identify and compare suitable manufacturers by capability, quality, MOQ, pricing, and lead time.
Product development: Coordinate samples, revisions, custom molds, branding, and packaging.
Commercial negotiation: Confirm quotations, payment terms, specifications, and production requirements.
Production control: Track milestones, follow up with factories, and escalate delays or specification issues.
Quality and delivery: Coordinate inspection, corrective action, consolidation, and shipping preparation.
If You Already Have Suppliers
Best for: Buyers purchasing from nominated factories, 1688, Alibaba, Taobao, Weidian, Pinduoduo, Yiwu Market, or other Chinese channels.
Purchasing and RMB payment: Place orders, coordinate approved payments, and maintain transaction records.
Supplier coordination: Confirm variations, quantities, deadlines, packaging, and required documents.
Order visibility: Track multiple vendors and product links through one point of contact.
Quality and logistics: Arrange inspection, consolidation, repacking, and shipment preparation.
Shared Plan B Standard
Both paths include documented communication, milestone follow-up, issue escalation, and a dedicated coordinator from order confirmation through dispatch.
Service fee: The tiered rate above applies to both paths, ranging from 10% to 5% according to purchase value. Complex or high-volume projects receive a confirmed quotation.
Plan C · China Consolidation Service
Combine orders from multiple Chinese suppliers at one warehouse, check and repack the goods, and dispatch them together to reduce fragmented shipments and improve shipping efficiency.
Price: Starts from $10.
Best for
Sample collection and combined shipment
Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, and Yiwu Market order consolidation
Purchasing across multiple suppliers or platforms
Reducing duplicated freight and unnecessary packaging volume
Services
Multi-vendor consolidation: Centralize cargo from several suppliers at one China warehouse.
Exporter-of-record coordination: Where legally available and agreed for the project, coordinate an eligible exporter for suppliers without export capability.
Quantity and integrity check: Verify received quantities and visible packaging condition.
Logistics planning: Compare practical LCL, FCL, air, courier, rail, and DDP options where available.
Step-by-step process
Purchase: Buy from factories, 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, Yiwu Market, or other suppliers in China.

Inspect: Check for visible defects, damage, incorrect items, and agreed quantity issues.
Consolidate and repack: Combine orders and optimize packaging for shipment.
Confirm shipping quote: Review the available transport methods and costs.
Dispatch: Arrange international shipping after approval and provide tracking information.
Clearance and delivery: Coordinate delivery to the nominated warehouse, office, fulfillment center, or FBA destination, subject to the agreed shipping terms.
Photos, video, and quality responsibility
We can provide detailed photos or video to support your remote review and agreed inspection process. These checks reduce risk but do not constitute a product-quality guarantee; final acceptance standards should be confirmed by the buyer.
Plan D · 3PL Prep & Fulfillment
Best for: Amazon FBA, Shopify, eBay, retail, subscription, and marketplace sellers that require unit-level preparation before dispatch.
Supplier cargo pickup in supported locations
Piece-by-piece visual checking based on an agreed checklist
SKU, FNSKU, UPC, country-of-origin, and required compliance labeling
Bundling, kitting, multi-packs, gift sets, inserts, and subscription-box assembly
Retail-ready repacking, protective packaging, and carton preparation
Sample consolidation from several online-platform or factory suppliers
Reference fee: labeling and kitting commonly range from $0.20–$0.80 per unit. Final prep charges depend on manual handling time and the exact task instructions.
